Fun times...

Lee and I continue to walk almost every night. When we don't walk we either play basketball with the boys or I do my DVD workout and he lifts weights. We get real mad at ourselves when we skip a night. I haven't weighed myself since the last time, I guess that I am a little scared. I can't tell if I have lost weight, but you can really tell on Lee. He is going to need a whole new wardrobe when we are finished.

Friday evening, the boys had Ben and Nate spend the night. They are brothers who live closeby. Ben is a year older than Cody and Nate is the same age as Sam. They all get along real well. We all watched movies and then went to bed since we had a 8am game Saturday morning.

This past week the boys had basketball practice on Wednesday and Thursday evenings. They had games on Saturday. We started the day with an 8 am game and then had one at 6 and one at 7. Needless to say, we didn't do much more than that on Saturday. We did manage to walk after we got home that evening around 8:30.

Sunday was spent doing the usual cleaning and ironing work clothes. Later in the evening we all got outside and did the lawn work. It only takes us about 30 minutes when everyone chips in. Afterwards, we were going to take the boys swimming but the pool was closed so we went for a walk.

Monday, Lee got off around 10am and came home to take a nap. I went in at 7am and left Brady sleeping when I left for work. Ashley said that when she got up around 9 he was in the bathtub and then he got all dressed and was ready to go. We got everything ready and left the house about 2:30 and headed to Wharton. We stopped in Columbus and ate. We got to Betsy and Burlons around 5pm. We followed them into Houston for the Astros game. The boys were so excited. We had pretty good seats. Here are a few pictures. (I didn't get a new camera cord, I remembered that Ashley had a card reader, so I just used that)

I was so proud of Brady, he was such a good boy!! The boys are already asking when we can go again. Ashley stayed at a friends last night since I wasn't sure when we would get home. We got home about 2 am and crashed:)

Today I went to the grocery store. We went walking this evening and then took the boys swimming.

In just a little over 2 weeks we are going camping. Lee is hopeful that we will find a diamond at the diamond mine. I am just really looking forward to the relaxation.

School starts here on August 25th. Summer has just flown by!
