Things have been pretty good this past week. We haven't done a whole lot.
Brady has been back to daycare for 2 weeks and has only had 1 bad day. Daddy punished him by not letting him play X-box and oh how he loves to play that. So, I am hoping we will not have any more bad days. ( I know that is wishful thinking).

I have given up on trying to get him into Pre-K. I got a call from the school the other day and we set up an appointment for them to evaluate his speech. If he does make it into the speech program that has nothing to do with Pre-K. The only way you get into Pre-K is by qualifying income wise or being bilingual. The speech program is 1 or 2 weekly appoinments just like his speech therapy now. So taking him to the one at school would actually be more of a headache since we would have to provide his transportation and it is only during the day. One of us would have to take off work to take him to his appointments. His appointments now are @5:15 one day a week so we really don't miss anything. Lee wants to just take him out of speech and wait until next year in Kinder, they will put him in a program if he still needs it. I am going to by some phonics books and we are going to work with him at home for now.
Thursday, Cody went to 6th grade orientation at the middle school. He has a friend that lives near us and his dad took them at 8am. They stayed all day, got their schedules, ate lunch, learned where their classes and lockers are. Then they rode the bus home.

We got up early yesterday morning and all the guys got haircuts and then we went to Brady's basketball game. He played a real good game and at the end they received their trophies. We came home and ate lunch and took a little nap. Cody & Sam's game was at 5. They won the last game and also got trophies. Lee has a coaches meeting on Wednesday and then we start flag football. I am anxious to see how Brady will be since there was a complete turn around with basketball.

Today Lee and the boys took so me of the bootcamp kids to Enchanted Rock. They left around 5 this morning and got home about 5:30. Brady and I hung out around the house and Ashley was at work. Overall is was a pretty laid back day. Tonight I got the kids school supplies ready to go and made sure their clothes were ready for the morning.

Well, the first day of school is tomorrow, so all but Brady is in bed. I will post more hopefully tomorrow night. Love ya!!
