It's about time

Wow, where do I start? I know that I have been slacking on my posts. We have just been so busy.

Let's start with the week of May 4th. Ashley's prom was on the 9th so we spent many nights looking for shoes, getting her nails done, and looking for the perfect undergarments for the dress. At 1pm, I took her to get her hair done and a friend brought her home. Lee had a parade in Weimer that day and took Brady with him. He got home around 5 and then took the boys to their basketball game. I missed that one so I could be here and help Ashley. Ashley got home about the same time as Lee and she didn't like her hair, so she had Brandy come over and redo it. Her and Michelle got ready here and waited for 2 other friends. After reluctantly taking lots of pictures, they left to meet another group of friends at Mamacitas. Here are a few pictures:


The Prom was at Texas State in the Ballroom. She had a blast and afterwards they all went to IHOP to eat.
Sunday we all went to the River. Since it was Mother's day, Brandy and I floated the river alone while Lee, Dan and the kids played at the rapids at the end. We spent the majority of the day there and then came home and made dinner. The gave me the cutest dog figurenes that look like Rebel and Mya.

We have had basketball games every Saturday. Some in Georgetown, Del Valle and Cody's school. We will have playoffs next weekend.

We found out that Brady is having a graduation on the 29th also. Thank goodness his is at 8:30 in the morning and hers is at 8 that evening. I have the cutest picture of him in his cap and gown. I will scan it and post it later. He will wear these on graduation day and gets to keep the cap, but the school purchased the gowns for future graduates to wear. This is the first graduation at the new school. Sam also had a "graduation celebration" from 5th grade. We hadn't received any information on it so I called the school today and was told it is probably going to be in the afternoon of the 28th.

We are planning a party for Ashley on the 30th. Nothing real big, just a BBQ. I am having a cake made with her picture on it and we will have balloons and banners. She has a few parties that day, so ours is going to be around noon.

Work is going good for both Lee and I.
