Happy Memorial Day!!

I would first like to thank all of or Military soldiers and veterans who have served our country in order for us to have our freedom. THANK YOU!!!

We had a pretty peaceful weekend. On Friday night, Ashley had her last band concert. It was at 9:30 and afterwards, we took her to a friends house.

Saturday morning, Lee went to work for a few hours while the boys and I chilled. Around 2, we headed to the river where we met Brandy, Dan, Allisa, Michael and Aria (they work with us). We all floated the river while Lee and the boys played at the rapids. It had been raining and was very cloudy out so it wasn't very warm.

We came home around 6. While I showered, the boys put pizza rolls in the oven and then we all just chilled. Lee and I fell asleep and woke up around 8. We watched a movie and then went to bed.

Sunday, Lee had basketball games with the bootcamp so he took Cody and Sam with him. Brady and I did some much needed cleaning. We were very lazy afterward and didn't do anything eventful.

Today, I took the boys to the pool for a few hours. Lee and I did some yardwork and then I went to pickup Ashley while Lee and the boys went down by the river to shoot BB guns. When we came home, Lee fired up the grilled and we cooked steaks.

Overall, it has been a very lazy and relaxing weekend. This week is going to be crazy!! We have to start getting things ready for all the graduations and the cookout on Saturday. Sam graduates from 5th on the 28th @ 1:30, Brady graduates from Kinder on the 29th @ 8:30am and Ashley graduates the 29th @ 8:00pm. I don't think I could have planned it any better having 3 kids graduating in the same year. Wednesday we are doing more yardwork, Thursday we have to pick up the tables and chairs that we are borrowing and Friday I have to go buy all of the food, condiments, balloons, banners and anything else that I may forget this week. I am also going by Curves that day to pay my dues so I can start on June 1st. I am so excited!!!!

Oh, did I mention that Cody and Sam have playoffs this weekend also?? I am not going to get upset until I find out exactly what time, then I may blow a gasket:) Hopefully, it will all workout and if we have to put the cookout off a few hours, we will. I just wanted it to be around noon, so if any of our out of town visitors needed to leave, they could without missing the fun.
