Our new addition

We have thought about getting another dog for quite sometime. On Sunday we were looking at Craigslist and found an ad for Austrailian Shepards really close to us. So we called the number and loaded up the boys. I don't know who was more excited, the boys or Lee. The puppies were born on May 5th and have already had their 1st round of shots. We had a hard time choosing which one, there were 2 black and white ones and a brown and black one.
Here is the one we chose:

He has adjusted really well and the kids just love him. Our other dog, Mya growled at him to begin with but now just ignores him. He has been sleeping in the boys room, usually with one of them.
Sunday evening, we took the boys swimming and then Lee and I went for a walk. We walked a mile. Monday and Tuesday, we played basketball and let me tell you, I thought I was going to die. Lee and I played against Cody and Sam. The boys didn't give mom any slack. Last night Brady had basketball practice so when they got home we went walking 1.8 miles. Lee, Cody and Sam are at practice now so Brady and I are just chillin. I am getting ready to run him from out of the front of the TV so I can do my exercise DVD. Ashley is at work and won't be home till late. Lee has taken today and tomorrow off but will work some this weekend. Today he kept Brady home from daycare and he took the boys swimming.
I am looking forward to this weekend. It will probably be our last free one for a while now that basketball has started.
