Catching up

I know that it has been a while since I have updated. Everybody has been busy with school, football and work.
All but one night a week there is football practice, either for Lee or one of the boys. Monday nights, Lee has football games and the boys games are on Saturdays.
I have started working a second job. I only work about 15 hours per week but that is about $400 a month extra that we are going to use to pay off bills and get us closer to buying a house. I mainly work on Sundays and 2 evenings a week. It has not been too bad except that I am having problems with my leg. It seems that when I stand on it for any amount of time, it starts hurting and burning all down my leg. I was told by a few people that it may be a pinched nerve but I have not made it to the doctor yet. I plan on making an appointment soon.
Lee has enjoyed having his car back, but says that he can tell by the way it drives that it has been wrecked. It is paid for, so we are in no hurry to get a new one as long as this one is safe to drive.
Ashley is still having problems with her back. I ended up taking her to the ER late one night because she said it hurt really bad. We got there around 8:30 pm and didn't get home til almost 2 am. They did Xrays and a urinalysis and nothing showed up so that gives me some peace of mind. The gave her some muscle relaxers that she needs to take at night. I may need to make her an appointment with a orthopedic doctor.
They boys had a good game last Saturday against the best team the Cowboys. Although we lost, Sam made the first touchdown for our team and Cody made the second (we only has those two). It was a very intense game but the kids all had fun.
We also lost the game today against the Bears (we beat them the last time we played them). Sam had a great catch that almost resulted in a touchdown. Cody made a touchdown but there defense has gotten a lot better. It was a good game.
Ashley is still working at Taco Bell and still enjoys being in the Band. She has not driven since the accident but she will be able to start again on Wednesday(that is the end of her restriction). She begins to pay us back for the car next week. She still does not understand why she has to but I told her it is all part of growing up.
Lee is taking some of the bootcampers to the Texas Wildlife Expo tomorrow. He usually always takes Cody and Sam when the go somewhere but tomorrow he is taking all 3 boys since Ashley and I both work. He knows that Brady will really enjoy it and Lee would feel bad for not taking him.
We are all looking forward to coming to Wharton next Sunday and seeing everybody.
