Football games, visitors and car news

Friday night Betsy, Burlon and Travis came to visit. Burlon decided that he wanted to go to Cabella's (he is fascinated with that place) and the rest of us went to the pool. Brady showed off his swimming skills for grandma, while the guys (Lee & Travis included) were trying to see who could make the biggest splash. We came home and all the little guys decided that they wanted to stay at the motel with grandma & grandpa, so Lee and I had a somewhat quiet night. We went to be around 11 and Travis stayed up watching TV.

Saturday morning Lee went into work early so Grandpa got to take Ashley to work. We ended up leaving for the game before 11 because it was picture day. Mamaw and Papaw met us at the football field. Brady then got to show everyone his tree climbing skills (he calls himself a monkey)

This one he is striking a pose, but I took the picture with my phone and the sun was a little bright.

He is such a little ham!!

Look at the little Monkey:)

Cody and Sam played a wonderful game and of course grandpa took lots of pictures (of Brady climbing the tree also). I asked Burlon if he would take family pictures of us next time he comes so hopefully we will have some updated ones soon of our family. Cody scored a touchdown and made an awesome pass that resulted in a touchdown. Sam is the aggressive one so he was trying to sack the quarterback. Their team won so now they are 2-0. They get to play the toughest team this Saturday, but I know that they will do good. We all went to lunch and had a wonderful visit. Everybody left from the restuarant to go back to Wharton and we went back to the football field for Brady's game. He did pretty good, I just don't think he is really into it yet.
All Ashley does is work, band and school. She is so busy. She is doing wonderful so far in school and still loves her job.
We went to pick up the car today and I am so relieved that we have it back. Lee has been doing alot of the running around, so now he knows how it feels for us moms that usually do it. Now our lives can get back to somewhat normal......
