Football Practice & maybe a raise:)

This evening was Brady's first football practice. I have to say that I am in total shock:) He actually played and listened to the coaches. No running around or hitting the other kids. I never thought the day would come that I would say he is starting to calm down and act like a big boy. I am so happy!! I can't believe that he will be 5 in 15 days. My baby is growing way too fast.

I found out this afternoon that I am getting one more account added to my workload. I was told by my boss that she know's I can handle it and will do a great job:) I now have 8 accounts that I handle all the rebates and deductions for and 1 account that I do all the order entry and invoicing for. This account is the only one that stayed when customer service moved to Tampa last year so since I had customer service background it came to me. So, I am actually doing 4 jobs in 1. I am told that they were in the process of discussing a raise. YEAH!!! I am really looking forward to the challange of this new account. It has alot of issues and if we don't have everything in our system correctly and the CSR enters a customer order for this client, it causes major deductions so.......I have alot of work to do:) Did I already tell you that I am excited?? I was starting to get bored with my workload.

The kids and Lee are doing great! Brady has been being a good boy at daycare. Cody and Sam are excited about football (Oh and Lee too). Ashley was off work tonight but went shopping with a friend. I need to find a new hobby. The kids are getting to the age where they don't need me as much (all the boys just want dad):( I am so sad:(
That's about all for now. Love ya!

If your children are becoming independent, then you are doing a great job as a mom. Ashley is busy with friends because you have made her feel confident in herself. The boys are secure in your love and ready to explore the world (and sports) because they know they have a solid foundation that supports them. Celebrate! You have the freedom to enjoy your new responsibility at work because your have been a good mom and because you have trained yourself to be a valuable employee. Celebrate!
